Tracking has not updated for days
The tracking systems are provided by the shipping companies and will vary in appearance from company to company.
The tracking is not live in that it will not report current position every day.
Tracking will update once it reaches the next point of scanning. For example if an item is on a flight, tracking it will show when it has reached the airport, then it will update again once the item has cleared customs inspections and then been collected by the local shipping company. This can sometimes take some time depending on how busy the customs and excise and the local shipping companies are.
If your item does not arrive within 28 days from date of order please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org and please provide the following:
1. Order Number
2. Name in which the order was placed
3. Date of order
4. What item you are waiting for.
